Jeremy Bean
Fixer cofounder, Jeremy Bean has some 20-years experience in the marketing, content creation and communications space. A UCT Alumni, Jeremy completed his under graduate in (BA) Film & Media, initially pursuing a career in film and documentary production. This trajectory evolved into developing his skills as a line producer for short format content, animation, industrial theatre, sports marketing and live sport broadcasting, for clients both in the commercial and social impact arenas. Jeremy’s intimate knowledge of the production process across various communication mediums allows him to develop multi-layered strategies with built in execution plans, optimizing the speed at which campaigns can be effectively executed from ideation phase to production and final deployment. Described as a Creative Fixer and Communication Strategist, Jeremy plays a crucial role as Fixer’s Strategist and Managing Director.
Bradley Abrahams
Fixer cofounder, Bradley Abrahams is seasoned veteran in the culture and creative space. His 20-year career has overlapped a cross section of industries from the traditional advertising agency environment to fashion, digital design and the execution of integrated campaigns. Bradley’s passion for developing communication solutions in the social impact space has seenhim lead teams in developing, executing and managing multi-pronged campaigns for some of the largest non-profit and social impact organizations as Fixer’s Creative Director. His multi- disciplinary approach, understanding of design psychology and cultural insights, work seamlessly in concert, to deliver campaign ideation and design systems that carry messaging that move audiences. Bradley brings skills and practical creative application to the Fixer team in his role as Creative Director.
Nicole Biondi
Nicole Biondi has expertise in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, with a proven track record in developing and implementing social impact and commercial strategies at an operational and leadership level. Over the last 20 years, she has enjoyed various roles (all of which have included a focus on strategic communications) in 7 different industries: tourism, fashion, film, conservation, early childhood development, social impact investing and most recently, organizational culture and climate shaping. Recent relevant academic highlights include: (2021) London Business School | Senior Executive Programme Graduate (full merit- based scholarship); (2020) Ogilvy Consulting (UK) | Certificate in Behavioural Economics. Nicole brings a vast network and practical experience to the Fixer team in her role as Strategist and Social Impact Tactician.
